Got to try the chefs recommendations as they are Hiroshima style okonomiyakiStaff speak some English and was advice to also speak english as it helps the staff better theirs!Definitely coming back again next trip!Watch out for busy periods for lines and have to eat quicker than usual

The staff were super funny and the food was delicious.

They hardly spoke English but were so friendly and welcoming. The food and service were excellent. This is a must go to. We were so glad that we came across this restaurant.

perfect place to try Hiroshimayaki after a late night stroll in the Yagenbori neighborhood of Hiroshima. Funny server and all the cooking charade makes the experience very memorable.

Really great - looks like a highly local place so not many Google review but loads on Foursquare. They speak good English and my vegetarian order was really good - I’d happily come back.

1st time eating this traditional dish okinomiyaki (not certain of the spelling). Really satisfied, great taste and hospitality, menu in english and great staff. If you are visiting Hiroshima and want to a local dish, this certainly a good choice!

Awesome place with awesome people. My friend and I were greeted with a smile and entertained by the cook. It was a fun experience from start to end. Definitely a must go to place if you are in the area.

Tucked away from the main streets small and cosy. Friendly staff with English menus. Great place to try Hiroshima style Japanese pancakes (okonomiyaki). They have a whisky counter too. Also food was great and open super late. Can get busy so expect lines

Great food, friendly staff, English menu, and something you can only get in Japan. Highly recommend for those in the area, my group went after our day spent in the museums and monuments in Hiroshima. Staff was very attentive and spoke English well enough for us to order what we wanted. The seating is limited, so this would be difficult to go to with a party of 4 or more during rush. We all loved our meal and the atmosphere of the place.

One of the best okanomiyaki I've eaten. The guys didn't just cook it, they made a great show which we really enjoyed! This was the case when we regretted not having an option to leave tips for the service :)

Accomodating Staff

Delicious Okonomiyaki fit for a King's tastebuds for the price of a prince's meal. The food is delicious, well worth a trip but also a little small for the price. I could easily down 2 1000 yen pankakes and have room for dessert.They have an English menu as well. It's got a really fun and local atmosphere and because it's open until 3 am, you can have the experience past the time other shops offer.The noodles, sauce, egg, and all other ingredients compliment each other to make a pancake that is unusually delicious. Feel free to ask for more sauce as well.Highly highly recommended, but just be ready to pay for it.

Great meal, staff is working hard and constant, beer is cheap enough. Fun to watch, although I would consider skipping the octopus, it was a bit tough. Shrimp was super excellent.

Best okonomiyaki in Hiroshima. Very lively and vivid atmosphere. The chef has very good skills. Watching him cook is like watching a performance. I had the most delicious okonomiyaki there.
